Ingredients:
½ cup green beans(wash and clean to drained)
3 pandan leaves
3 cups water, you desire
1 piece brown sugar to taste
½ cup fresh coconut milk
Method:
1) Place the drained green beans and pandan leaves
in a pot filled with
enough water, and bring to a boil.
2) Reduce the heat to medium, and cook for about half to an hour.
Add sugar to taste, and coconut milk, simmer for 10 minutes. It can be served both hot and cold.
