My Birthday at The World Luxury Restaurant Awards! 🇨🇭

I have to celebrate my birthday in Switzerland a Michelin key 5 star hotel le 1913 restaurant it’s a Michelin guides fine dining. It is meaning the foods are fresh, well prepared by talented chefs team. We can’t believe we took almost 3 hours in the dinner, of course a long wait more than an hour. Because they are freshly cooked so enjoy a good yummy foods you will need a patience on it!

You might have noticed that YouTube isn't recommending my travel videos to many people anymore, so your support means a lot! I'd really appreciate it if you could press that like button and leave a comment, even if it's just an emoji. I really want to keep this going, even though the views have been very low.

Can you guess the price of a big bottle of this mineral water or sparkling water? Sparkling water is 9 Swiss francs, or even mineral water is also 9 Swiss francs.

In fact we are not really an alcoholic person. Can you guess how much in total for our excellent dishes? We got the dessert as the very beginning starters is for my birthday. The restaurant pastry team is famous to highly visual and decadent creations a showcasing fruit elixirs and creamy texture and rich flavours in tastes. This is so inspired! All the foods presented are very creative and succulent.

This the what the main dishes is a daily changing selection of high quality meats roasted to perfection from Swiss farm. For the main dishes, La Broche du hour costs 56 Swiss francs. It sounds like you’re talking about the famous whole roasted free-range chicken you find at Swiss rôtisseries.

Dining style is fine dining with an open kitchen and terraced featuring panoramic Mountain View’s. It’s really a top notch service and staffs are professional trained, authenticity and it feels warms for the atmosphere! We just told them our room number and the bill receipt it will added to when we checked out. The total cost for dinner tonight is under 200 Swiss francs. Have a very good nights and full-filled! Remember every year of your birthday must be special treats yourself because you are special and you are worth it!

It’s delicious when freshly roasted, with an amazing texture and flavour! The Cut: Côte de bœuf is a bone-in prime rib or ribeye priced at 68 Swiss francs. The bone keeps the meat moist and adds a rich flavour when roasting or reverse-searing. I really enjoy the taste; the meat is tender and easy to chew, plus it’s not overly salty—perfectly balanced!

At Restaurant 1913, located within the Villars Palace Hotel, the warm, freshly baked bread and rich, creamy butter are a highlight of the fine-dining experience. The bread, baked daily by the chef, is served fresh and complimentary for guests. It's chewy and soft on the inside, while the butter has an amazing aroma and is wonderfully creamy. It's a perfect match with the buttery mashed potatoes as well.

It tastes like Christmas tarts, and you can spot two mini lemons. I take a bite and show you the inside texture; it has a refreshing lemon flavour mixed with cheesy buns, chewy and spongy—so unique. Just look at that boing boing! It's so satisfying to see the textures while you eat. If I eat it all at once, I don't really get to enjoy the flavour and visual satisfaction of each bite. This is my 100% honest restaurant review!

The dining experience is fine dining with an open kitchen and a terrace that offers panoramic mountain views. The service is top-notch, and the staff is professionally trained, creating an authentic and warm atmosphere!

Figures au Hamsun & fruits are 18 Swiss francs. The standout is the eye-catching honeycomb crisps, which have a delicious buttery flavour, paired with figs and creamy white balls. However, not everyone likes fresh figs; I find them a bit sour and plain. The waiter mentioned it’s a new dessert recipe.

Hope it's been helpful. Take care, my friends. Sending you all the positive vibes!
