World Best Caramel Popcorn 🍿🎬 My New Recipe 2025

If you're in the mood for a movie and want some homemade snacks, this is the perfect recipe to satisfy your cravings. You'll find a tempting array of treats that are not only tasty but also made with fresh ingredients. This way, you can control how much sugar and other ingredients go into your snacks.

To get started, heat a pan and add your choice of avocado oil, groundnut oil, or corn oil. Then, toss in some popping corn over medium-high heat and cover it with a lid to enjoy the satisfying sound of kernels popping. Once the popping noises, turn off the heat but keep the lid on. In another pan, mix golden granulated sugar, water, and butter until they melt into a caramel sauce at your preferred colour. After that, turn off the heat and stir in some baking soda for extra texture. Quickly combine this caramel sauce with the freshly popped popcorn and serve right away or extra crunch, see below method.

Ingredients
80g popping corn
15g salted butter or 1/2 tablespoon oil
- avocado, corn or groundnut oil

Caramel
80g granulated sugar
40g water
15g of salted butter
a pinch of sea salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or just skip it

Here's how to create crispy caramel popcorn

1) Add 15g butter or 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
2) Add 80g dried popping corn, use the heat safe spatula for stirring. covering it with a lid over medium high heat.
3) Once you hear kernels popping, turn off the heat (to prevent burning).
4) In another pan, melt 80g sugar along 40g water until it reaches your preferred caramel colour.
5) Add 15g salted butter and a pinch of salt. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes without stirring.

Trying the Best Bakeries In Copenhagen Denmark 🇩🇰

If you're a fan of coffee and pastries, this place is a must!!! As a coffee lover, I was really attracted to Buka Bakery, where a long queue of eager customers was waiting. We decided to relax with coffee and delicious pastries.

I enjoyed a cream and raspberry puff pastry that was the best I've ever tasted! It was perfectly made, a beautiful flavour, shape and honeycomb structure with a crispy outside and a soft, airy inside. 10/10 - I’m a huge fan and can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Copenhagen! :)

We had a delicious breakfast buffet at our hotel, Manon Les Suite, but then we thought it would be fun to explore Copenhagen City Hall and chill at a bakery & coffee shop.

The whole experience was fantastic, with high-quality coffee and pastries in a spacious setting. Buka Bakery has several spots in Copenhagen, including one on Strøget, near the bustling City Hall, and another ones, just a three-minute walk away, famous for its pastries and bread, making it a popular choice for coffees.

Handsome barista creates stunning coffee art and offers top-notch customer service :) Being both professionally trained and good-looking is just a bonus. Buka Bakery in Copenhagen is famous for its delicious cream-filled croissants. I had the pleasure of theirs freshly baked pistachio croissants, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a good balance of pistachio cream sweetness. Since I love both pistachios and nuts. They go perfectly with the coffee too!!!

I forced my husband to eat the croissant even though he said he was full, and to my surprise, he really enjoyed it. The green tea is really nice and smooth too.

The prices are pretty standard for European cities, totaling 300DKK / £34 for 2 pastries and 4 hot drinks. Given the amazing quality of the pastries and coffees, it felt like a good value, as everything was truly outstanding.

So looking forward to more of these delicious treats when we’re back in Copenhagen 😋 We enjoyed our stay at Manon Les Suites, just a short 13-minute short walk to Copenhagen City Hall, with the lovely Buka's bakery close by. I'll share more about Copenhagen in my next video, so keep an eye out for that.

📍 Buka Bakery has two locations within a short three-minute walk.
1) Frederiksberggade 21, 1459 København, Denmark
2) Nytorv 3, 1450 København, Denmark.

Real Oyster Sauce Made from Fresh Oysters

Like - Real Oyster Sauce Recipe? Begin by opening the fresh oysters, adding a pinch of sea salt, and rinsing them under cold running water. Place the oysters in a pan and sauté until they become fragrant. Then, add water, a pinch of salt, and sugar, cooking over medium-high heat. Once cooked, drain the oysters and set them aside to dry for future use. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of water with half a tablespoon of corn-starch, then mix this into the oyster liquid. For added colour, you may incorporate 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, although this step can be omitted if the mixture already has a caramel hue. Once everything is prepared, you're all set!

Ingredients: - 10 fresh oysters 🦪 - A pinch of sea salt - 1/2 cup water - 2 tablespoons brown sugar - 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water - 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce or just skip it Cook until the mixture thickens! Worlds Dreamiest 5 Star hotel Manon Les Suites in Copenhagen

A Trip to Paradise

We just got back from Copenhagen, and it’s only been 8 days since we arrived home. I'm super excited to dive into editing our full experience at Manon les Suites, a 5-star hotel in Denmark. I can't wait to share it with everyone soon! Just to be clear, this is my honest review and not a sponsored video.

Our petite suite, room 601, has a terrace with 360-degree stunning views. It’s a perfect spot to sit back with a cup of Matcha green tea and soak in the breath-taking scenery. We had a one-night stay that came with the "Manon Full Experience" package, and it was a delightful experience for £500.

We had an incredible night and it was truly fantastic! The hotel room met our expectations with a balcony that offered breath-taking views. The indoor pool was stunning and created a relaxing vibe. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner made with fresh ingredients with mouth-watering dishes, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

Positives:
1) The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and super chill. It would be even more amazing if they played bird sounds like you’d hear in a forest instead of music to really boost that natural vibe!

2) The rooftop restaurant, Chapung, really enhances the whole experience. The chef's choice 3-course dinner, paired with a glass of bubbles, features fresh, top-notch ingredients. I typically don't consume raw foods, but I decided to try raw oysters. They were surprisingly good, ideal pairing with the sauces, and the side dishes are light and refreshing without being overly salty or greasy. Pan fried pork neck is incredibly tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Crème Brulé, topped with a rich blueberry sauce and fresh berries. The topping strikes a wonderful balance between sweet and tangy, enhanced by the fresh, crisp berries, crunchy candy, and smooth pudding. It's not only incredibly tasty but also looks fantastic, making it an ideal dessert choice. We had a delightful dinner! The vanilla paired with tropical mango, whipped cream, and crunchy biscuit bits was incredibly refreshing. It feels like you’re dining at a Michelin-star restaurant with stunning views from the windows.

3) The Guldsmeden Signature Breakfast has a fantastic range of options. I love that they use fresh ingredients; you can really taste the quality and organic goodness.

We walked one round off for everything and ended up for mushrooms, green veggies, bacon, sausages, fried eggs, fruits, and pastries. We enjoyed all the delicious food on our tables and, believe it or not, we finished it all off, haha!

You’ll come across some big glass bottles filled with mango, orange, and tropical juices, and you’re welcome to grab as many drinks as you like. All the juices are organic and taste way better than the Tropicana brand in the UK. We absolutely adore the vibe of the breakfast buffet, and all the food is super fresh and delicious! It's such a delightful experience.

When you stay at Manon Les Suites, make sure to try their signature breakfast buffet. It's 100% worth it!!!

The guy who first served us was friendly, and another barista who assisted us with filming made us happy :) The staff is well-trained and professional.

4) The petite suite, room 601, boasts a terrace with breath-taking 360-degree views. It’s the perfect place to relax with a cup of tea and take in the amazing scenery.

5) The location is excellent, as it is only a short walk of a few minutes to the city centre. Numerous restaurants and cafes, including the renowned Baku bakery, are nearby, along with a vibrant food market and an impressive museum.

Here are some downsides we encountered [Negatives]:

1) When we arrived, we couldn't check in early, so our luggage was kept in a security room until we returned at the 3 PM check-in time. We expected our bags to be in our room, but the receptionist couldn't find them and had us go with her to get them. The staff's attitude wasn't as friendly as we expected from a five-star hotel, possibly because it was a busy Sunday with many guests checking out. In comparison, our previous four-star hotel welcomed us with drinks and was more budget-friendly.

2) The bed was uncomfortable, with noticeable dips in the middle, making it feel like we were sleeping in a nest. The bedding and blanket weren't soft, and the pillows didn't help us get a good night's sleep.

3) The bathroom felt outdated and uncomfortable, with a lid that was hard to close. Plus, the drawers kept falling out, which was quite alarming.

4) It was odd that there was only one pack of green tea bags for two guests. We also didn't get any complimentary drinks at the pool bar, despite having the full Manon experience package. The drinks offered at the pool bar were pretty basic and overpriced.

5) The soundproofing in the hotel was lacking. We could hear everything from the ceiling, or neighbouring rooms, including laughter,  conversations, and outside noise.

There’s definitely a room for improvement, especially with the reception staff. The customer service on Sunday was lacking, but the front desk attendant on Monday, with her lovely smile and curly black hair, was incredibly friendly and helpful compared to the Sunday receptionists.

Overall, the experience was positive :) I'll surely return someday when I'm in the mood.
