Discover the convenience of staying at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel and enjoy a short 5-minute walk or take an Uber for hassle-free transportation to your destination. Enjoy the Eiffel Tower's secure environment. Police and army presence outside guarantees your safety. Reserve your table for an unforgettable culinary journey. Skip the long queues, the restaurant Le Jules Verne provided a special line for quick and easy access.

The perfect weather today, a beautiful blue sky, pleasant temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. Experience the magic of walking to the Eiffel Tower through captivating moments.

Capture every step of journey with my husband behind the camera. Explore our collection of films showcasing every walk we take together.

Book your reservation early to secure your spot at this popular restaurant. Make sure to plan ahead and secure your reservation well in advance, as this Michelin-starred restaurant is often fully booked with limited availability. You'll receive an email confirmation right after your reservation are done.

When entering the entrance, we were greeted by the ladies, where we had to wait for the private lift to take us up to the restaurant floor. We all had a private lift, up to the second floor of the tower. Travelling diagonally, uphill, in a teeny-tiny lift was fun!

Join us on our culinary journey!

The French gentleman even noticed that my husband was filming me and kindly moved to the other side so that he wouldn't be in the shot. Capturing views from the Eiffel Tower's lift with the beauty from above today.

My first impression is that it is a very formal restaurant, the diners were very well dressed (no jeans, t-shirts or casual tennis shoes). Of course this is an exclusive restaurant so be sure to wear formal clothes, as they are requested when you make a reservation, but of course that depends on the day and the moment, but it's good to always be dressed.

Experience the culinary excellence of a Michelin-starred restaurant at Jules Verne. With breath-taking views from the Eiffel Tower at 125 meters.

From the moment you step in, The  receptionist will store your belongings and jacket before entering the restaurant.

One thing worth noting is that we asked if we could get a window seat. Indulge in a fine dining experience where gentlemen escort you to your table. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the stunning view from table 5 by the window. For my strongly preferred as noted to make a reservation to sit near the window table. They responded through email, as the window table isn't always guaranteed!

Although not always guaranteed, they aim to provide a delightful ambiance.
Stay hydrated on the go with premium flat water, only 6 euros per bottle.
A delicious crunchy French bread you can enjoy plain with butter.

Priced at just 12 euros per cappuccino. It's an affordable way to elevate your afternoon tea to new heights. Each cup is a delightful blend of rich espresso and creamy frothed milk.

The A La Carte menu offers a delightful selection of dishes, accompanied by perfectly paired coffee and flat water.

The total 6 courses and complemented by a variety of free desserts experience with their generous offerings that are sure to satisfy our sweet tooth. The perfect balance of richness and freshness with this deliciously cheesy butter. Perfect for spreading on bread.

Never worry about running out of water again as these bottles automatically refill and open a new one once they are finished. Immerse yourself in the incredible atmosphere of Jules Verne, where every detail is carefully curated to enhance your dining experience.

Delicious finger crispy tarts filled with a rich and creamy cheese filling. These tarts are sure to satisfy your cravings for something savoury and satisfying 8/10.

The service provided by the friendly and professional staff is top-notch, ensuring that every need is met promptly and with care.

Upon being asked about our filming, we informed the French host and waiter about my husband's YouTube channel, which received a compliment for his impressive creation of a beautiful watermelon swan. Intrigued by the concept, the waiter expressed interest and we reciprocated by sharing our own YouTube channel. He promised to check it out at his earliest convenience.

With a personal touch and inspired cuisine, this young French host and waiter takes the time to explain every dessert and meal.

Veal Sweetbread
Caramelised, Grenobloise Sauce, Jus Grad The meat is exquisitely tender and succulent, complementing the sauce impeccably, garnering a near-perfect rating of 8 out of 10.

Langoustine
Roasted Parmesan cream
Creamy Risotto and dried Caviar
The flavour is remarkably rich with a subtle hint of salt, rating an impressive 8 out of 10.

The exceptional food is accompanied by top-notch customer service, with friendly and professional staff attending to all of your needs.

The amiable French man greeted you with a warm smile and spoke kindly to you.

According to his colleague, meeting this individual is a stroke of luck, as he is skilled and enthusiastic about capturing photographs in a professional manner.

Veal Sweetbread
Caramelised, Grenobloise Sauce, Jus Grad

The meat is exquisitely tender and succulent, complementing the sauce impeccably, garnering a near-perfect rating of 8 out of 10.

Indulge in the delightful pleasure of a complimentary dessert adorned with scrumptious coconut candy shavings and infused with a tangy-sweet sorbet filling that leaves a refreshing aftertaste post meals 8/10

The restaurant also provides the service of capturing beautiful moments for you, should you desire it. Although the tea time was intended to last only one and a half hours, the experience unexpectedly prolonged for approximately three hours.

Citrus
Baba
Marjoram Sorbet and Lemon Balm
While visually appealing and charming, the taste of this dessert falls short due to its excessive sourness and sogginess.

The baba itself is overly moist and liquid, making it an unsuitable choice for my palate, earning a disappointing rating.

Coffee
Brownie Tart
Juniper Sorbet, Tarte au Sucre

With its rich coffee flavor and exquisite sorbet, this culinary creation deserves an impressive rating of 8 out of 10.

Although we've visited Paris five times, we've never had the pleasure of dining at Le Jules Verne, the Michelin-starred restaurant situated atop the Eiffel Tower.

Certainly won't be our last.  Although the cost may not be negligible, the quality and experience are undoubtedly worth every penny. We'll definitely make a point to return. It's a truly enchanting experience, making for a perfect afternoon in this magical setting.

It was a delectable Eiffel Tower shaped dark chocolate. Sadly, we discovered two were missing from our luggage and we suspect they were stolen.

The beauty of the desserts we were able to enjoy for free, it brought us immense joy and happiness.

The unforgettable experience was made possible by the combination of excellent food, exceptional service, an incredible location, and delightful company.

The service, in particular, was remarkable as the friendly and professional staff were highly attentive to any need. Without a doubt, this experience has checked off a major item on my bucket list, and I would relish the chance to do it again for another year.

It was an unforgettable experience that will stay with me for a long time. Not only can you capture memories, but you can also become part of the photography team at a renowned restaurant?

Don't miss out on capturing those special memories and let it help to create lasting keepsakes. People often take pictures when helping others for a few reasons. One reason is to document the good deed and share it with others as a way to inspire and encourage more acts of kindness.

The waiters can discreetly lead patrons to the toilet without any confusion or embarrassment. The intelligent cleaner stops when a person exits the toilet and starts cleaning when someone enters, guaranteeing a thorough clean for every user.
Say goodbye to unclean and unhygienic toilets with our efficient and user-friendly cleaner.

Seriously speaking, we were expecting a little bit of a tourist trap given its location but it was not at all!!! It was a true fine dining experience with excellent food and super service. The seats, views and ambience was amazing. After the meal one can go down to the 2nd level and come back to Jules Verne to take their private elevator down. It’s certainly an experience one should do in Paris.

Take a private elevator back again and add to the overall charm of the experience. This honest review aims to provide helpful insights for future visitors, encouraging them to embark on this unique Parisian adventure.

I invested 1-2 weeks in editing, producing, and writing to ensure that every detail is as good as it is. I really hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Capturing every cherished moment as my husband and I embark on unforgettable journeys together. Meeting Mickey Mouse and capturing a fun moment together, unexpectedly!!! Remember to tip generously to show appreciation for the fun experience and the service cartoon character captured in a few photos.

When we encourage others, we are showing them encouragement creates a positive environment where people feel valued and appreciated.

Is Paris Famous ''Best Steak'' Worth the Wait? Le Relais de l’Entrecôte [Honest Review] CC --- 7/10

The world famous French bistro that's been serving one dish for over 60 years. It is a well-known steakhouse in Paris. We had heard a lot about this restaurant before visiting Paris, so we decided to give it a try. I had high expectations due to the restaurant's reputation and the numerous recommendations we found on the internet. We added it to our list of must-visit spots for great steak frites in Paris. Unfortunately, there is usually a long line. We arrived 15 minutes early to avoid the queue before the restaurant opened at 6:45 pm, but ended up entering at 9 pm after waiting for about 2 hours. Is it really worth the wait? The line outside the restaurant is quite long, but there are people smoking and vaping. I find it unpleasant to be around smokers in queues and have had to walk away many times. My husband is stuck in line and can't escape the smell either. Smoking in queues should be prohibited when near other people, as the smoke spreads and causes discomfort. Second-hand smoke can irritate the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs of non-smokers nearby. Smokers should consider the impact of their actions on others who do not want to inhale second-hand smoke and show respect for their well-being. The starter was an ordinary green salad with walnut sprinkles on top. They also charged an extra 4 euros for each additional salad. France served some sort of baguette as well in every restaurant table. Followed by steak fries with second helpings. It felt like they were not rushing us through our meal and so they ask for the next dessert but we seem like the accommodate the next guests waiting in line. I left feeling somewhat disappointed given my high expectations. Therefore, I don't think it's worth waiting in such a long queue since they don't take reservations. There must be better places in Paris where you can enjoy entrecote with fries for around the same price. The sauce on the steak was good, it tasted like mild coconut and buttery satay sauce. I requested my steak to be cooked 90% well done because I don't eat raw meat and was worried about its tenderness or toughness - they served us twice to keep our food warm. The meat was tender but not ribeye; more like braised beef or sirloin - everything tasted okay but not exceptional. The tables were stuck close together and there was constant jostling from waitstaff serving neighbouring tables. It was extremely noisy and overall not a pleasant dining experience - this place seems more geared towards tourists than providing an authentic French dining atmosphere. The food is decent but nothing special; while the meat is good, unfortunately, the fries did not seem fresh - they appeared to be frozen store-bought rather than freshly prepared potatoes which I expected from a restaurant of this calibre. However, service was very fast and our waitress was friendly. We spent a total of €78.50 for two individuals, which included beers but did not cover desserts. The cost was €29 per person for steak and chips with salad included, plus an additional €4 per person. Heineken was priced at €6 and Carlsberg at €6.50. I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for creating a lively and bustling atmosphere without any other options available – perhaps as an experience with loved ones – then give this place a try! I hope you find this review helpful.

I provided an authentic assessment for this restaurant, giving it a score of 7 out of 10. It surpasses the average, which is quite commendable! Overall, it meets expectations, except for the extended wait time of 2 hours and slightly inflated prices. If you have a fondness for Paris, enjoy steak and chips, appreciate the Eiffel Tower, and find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up to encourage me to write more honest restaurant reviews :)

Honest Review
We are heading to Bouillon Chartier after stopping by the Franprix supermarket.

Is it worth waiting in line for Bouillon Chartier? Do we recommend it?
Absolutely!

We don't usually wait in line for restaurants and had never experienced it before, but we decided to give it a try during our Paris food tour this time. It was definitely an interesting experience to queue outside a famous restaurant and enjoy good food at a good price.

I also discovered that I can have patience when needed. If waiting isn't your style, try visiting for lunch instead. The key is to arrive early to avoid the rush - arriving between 5 and 6pm should work well.

We arrived at 7:30pm and waited in line for over an hour because the French prefer dining after 7pm. This is something important to note when visiting Paris! While waiting in line, pay attention to a man who walks around signalling different numbers with his fingers - he groups people into parties of different sizes so they can be seated more efficiently once inside.

Bouillon Chartier is well-known for its long history dating back to 1896, its classic Parisian atmosphere, and its menu of traditional French dishes, all offered at reasonable prices. I found this place recommended as a restaurant that serves authentic French food at great prices through a Google search.

The beauty of the restaurant will make you feel like you've been transported back to the Belle Epoque! There's usually a long line for dinner, but it's worth the wait.

The dining room is large with many tables accommodating six people, so multiple parties may be seated together at one table. The menu offers numerous options; we chose oven-baked sea bass, duck confit with potato green salad, avocado shrimp cocktail, along with beer and soft drinks - all reasonably priced by Paris standards. If this is your first time in Paris and you want to experience traditional French cuisine on an everyday basis then le Bouillon Chartier would be an ideal starting point.

The ordering process seemed faster using this method. My next table Parisian mentioned that their vegetable soup wasn't good; therefore sticking with their signature dishes might be best. The waiters use your table paper as your order sheet which adds some fun interaction during the meal. At the end of your meal they tabulate your bill directly on the table. If there are only two of you then expect sharing a four-seater table where you may meet nice and pleasant peoples.

It's important to be mindful of camera distance and posing, as being too close or having the wrong pose can distort facial features and make you appear larger in close-up shots. This is a common occurrence.

My new Parisian friends at the next table kindly recorded a video for us and complimented us on being such a cute couple.

Served authentic classic French dishes. It tastes like a master chef home cooked with all the fresh ingredients, not overly salt or over seasoning which is best. After our meal we opted not to order dessert since we noticed there were still many people waiting outside. We paid our bill while taking some photos of the beautiful interior before leaving.

We called an Uber which took us back to our hotel where we rested. Hopefully you enjoyed watching this video. If you liked having subtitles, 👍 Thumbs Up!

Thanks for watching! See you guys in my next video :)

Husband cooks for wife👨🏻‍🍳 Seafood Rice Porridge once in a week, once in the month!!!

One of the variations I enjoy most is seafood congee, which includes tasty additions such as lobster, crab, mussels, whelks and scallops.

Since moving here, I have been searching for the nearest fresh market where I can find lobster and crab. Sometimes they also have fresh whelks, mussels and scallops available.

The environment is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff providing very good service. The seafood is always fresh and reasonably priced. They offer the opportunity to purchase fresher items that you can't find in regular stores.

My husband cleans, cuts and prepares the lobster and crab along with other seafood.

We sprinkle sea salt and corn flour on them before air-frying at high heat for about 10 minutes - a healthier option compared to deep frying. Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight bag in the freezer for later use.

My husband has a comforting recipe for Seafood Congee that's simple but time-consuming to prepare. After making a large pot of congee, we add deep-fried lobster and crabs along with cooked whelks, raw mussels and scallops until everything is done cooking - when you taste the real umami flavour it's ready! To enhance the flavours even more, we top it with spring onions, coriander and fried shallots before adding white pepper, sea salt, sesame oil and light soy sauce. This dish not only provides comfort but also essential nutrients; although it takes some preparation time to make this home-cooked meal worth enjoying quality time with loved ones over a satisfying meal.

I don't usually take videos while cooking but this time I was in the mood so I recorded my husband preparing it as well as us eating it - normally I just can't wait to eat without taking pictures or videos because it's absolutely my favourite dish that's good for health too! It shows love when someone invests their time into cooking good food, bringing us good health and happiness :)
