How to Make Perfect French Toast 法蘭西多士 Josephine's Recipes 83

This was very tasty and crunchy, my Dad's quick and easy recipe
法蘭西多士 Definitely one of the best ones I've tried!

Makes 1 or 2 Servings

2 eggs
3 thick slices bread
25g Butter (LURPAK) for frying
25g Butter (LURPAK) for eggs mixture

1. Cut off the crusts from slices of bread, cut in half. set aside.
Cut butter into 1/2-inch pieces.

2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork or whisk it with 25g butter.

3. Melt 25g butter in a frying pan, over medium-high heat.
and dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides one at a time.
gently place in a pan, and fry on both sides until golden and scorched.

Serve immediately with condensed milk.
