One of my very best banana recipes incredibly straightforward that uses only one bowl make an easy clean-up. These yummy cakes are full of flavour, amazingly crunchy on top, soft, chocolatey, rich with its super moist texture and so easy, even kids can make them! Follow this recipe and bake like a professional baker. you can enjoy a freshly baked chocolate banana bread anytime you want and enjoy the aroma too.
Ingredients

Ingredients:
95g cake flour
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
35g salted butter, room temperature a pinch of sea salt
35g granulated sugar. optional

1 overripe bananas, 100g
2 tablespoons, 22g milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 whole free range egg
75g/80g dark chocolate chunks
Method:
1) In a bowl, add cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
2) Add butter, a pinch of sea salt, granulated sugar, overripe banana, milk, vanilla extract or skip it and egg.
3) Use a masher to press down the bananas, continue mixing until everything is well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top before baking.
4) Bake in no-preheated air-fryer 150°C for 25 minutes or bake in oven for 30 minutes. Sit in the oven 5-10 minutes.
