Ingredients:

Make the Dough:
1 cup mashed taro
80ml wheat starch + 80ml hot water = cooked wheat starch
45g salted butter
You can add 1/2 tsp baking soda in above ingredients (A)
(B)
Seasonings:
1 tsp chinese five spice
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt
(C)
For Fillings:
12 prawns (washed & remove the shells)
