My favourite way as an appetizer, mouth watering to serve them with rice and dipping sauces. This is one of the easiest way to pan-fried salmon and It's also one of the tastiest.
Ingredients
Salmon Fillets
(Approx 400g)
A pinch of salt
Oil for frying
Marinade:
3 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Ground white pepper
2 tbsp Pure sesame oil
* You can marinated salmon in many ways to satisfy your taste buds.
Coating:
A bowl of Cornflour / Potato starch
Method:
1. Add a pinch of salt and wash the salmon with cold running water then
marinades combine with 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp white pepper and
2 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.
One at a time, dip salmon pieces into flour,
making sure each piece is well coated.
3. Add the salmon and cook for a few minutes,
carefully flip them and continue with the other side
until turning beautiful golden brown.
Garnished with finely chopped / sliced spring onion and red chilli.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
