Method 1 of 4: Prepare to Clean Your Fish
http://www.wikihow.com/Clean/Gut-a-Fish If your fish have scales,
you'll need a butter knife or a scaling tool; either one works just as well.
If your fish don't have scales, you'll need a pair of pliers to peel back the skin.
